However, being surrounded by beauty experts in my career, I learned that it is not enough to find the best products and apply them regularly. Drink a detox mixture before breakfast
A lot of people make detox drinks parts of their daily habits to lose weight. Sometimes detox drinks indeed help you lose weight as they are great for helping your gut get rid of toxins. However, this also has great effects on your skin. Your detox drink can be as simple as warm water with a detoxifying ingredient (the most popular and recommended is lemon), to help cleanse your liver of all the toxins that negatively affect your skin. Warm water will boost your digestive system and hydrate your body.
Give yourself a facial massage
There are lots of movements that you can apply daily to your face to make your skin glow. Face massage not only detoxes your skin but also boosts blood circulation and can lift the contours of the cheekbones. My daily facial massage consists of pressing my fingers on my face and sweeping them in an upward position from the corner of the lips till under the eyes. I then massage every point of it from the center of the face to the sides.

Exercise
Exercise is another habit that is beneficial not only for your body but also for your skin. It increases blood flow which boosts skin cell renewal and helps you get rid of accumulated toxins. It will help you get rid of stress naturally, lowering your cortisol (stress hormones) and increasing your endorphins (happy hormones), which lowers your chances of skin congestion and pimples.
Meditate
Meditation, just like exercise, is a great way to help your body get rid of stress. Meditating for as little as 5 minutes every day, helps me control my breathing and calms me down after a long day. This affects my skin, as it helps the body get rid of the negativity and the stress that could disturb it, and because allowing more oxygen to reach your skin will help it rejuvenate, as well as boost tissue and cell reparation.
Night habit to give you amazing skin
Sleep well
Sleeping well is the best solution to rest your body, mind, and skin. During sleep your skin’s metabolism is active. It is reproducing skin cells that replenish and repair more efficiently. Aim for 8 hours of sleep to allow your skin all the time it needs to rejuvenate. Remember: less sleep = less rejuvenation.
